ERP/AP Implementation Consultant

Remote (US Based)

Reperio is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing provider of Accounts Payable Automation and Payments solutions tailored for mid-market to large organizations. Their platform helps companies streamline AP processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and seamlessly integrate with leading ERP systems.

They're looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join their team and support customer onboarding efforts. You'll lead clients through deployment and integration of the software with their ERP, acting as the key link between finance and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver end-to-end implementation projects
• Gather and analyze client requirements related to AP and ERP workflows
• Configure and test the platform based on customer needs
• Manage integration with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders
• Deliver training and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues throughout the project

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementations, SaaS onboarding, or financial systems
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and accounting processes
• Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Sage, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions
• Bonus: experience with APIs, integrations, or data exchange formats (CSV, XML, etc.)
