A rapidly growing manufacturing solutions provider is seeking a NetSuite-focused Account Executive to lead ERP-related initiatives with manufacturing clients. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the operational challenges in manufacturing and the technical side of ERP systems - especially NetSuite.
You'll work closely with clients to guide them through ERP integration projects, align business workflows, and act as the link between finance teams, product stakeholders, and technical teams. This role combines consultative sales, solution design, and hands-on support through the ERP lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for manufacturing clients during NetSuite ERP integration and implementation projects
- Lead integration initiatives across core systems (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics), ensuring alignment with manufacturing and finance workflows
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical and operational plans
- Support configuration of APIs, workflows, and third-party tools to streamline manufacturing finance operations
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and solutions teams while coordinating with client-side finance and IT leads
- Oversee testing, client onboarding, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption
- Address and resolve integration or workflow challenges as they arise
Requirements:
- Experience working with NetSuite or other ERP systems in a functional or pre-sales capacity within manufacturing or related industries
- Deep understanding of finance operations-especially AP, inventory cost tracking, and procurement workflows common in manufacturing
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Bill.com, Avalara, DocuSign, Tipalti, Rippling)
- Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to lead projects independently
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
