Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation in their field that's seeking a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of technology initiatives.
This is a 6-month rolling contract offering the opportunity to drive key projects while supporting Agile transformation and best-in-class delivery. Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices
- Support backlog refinement, estimation, and planning
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and business objectives
- Identify and remove impediments to delivery and support continuous improvement
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager, with Project Management responsibilities
- Strong background in IT delivery
- Proficient in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira
- Comfortable managing delivery in both Agile and traditional project environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
