Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, on-site IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support senior engineers on projects and escalate where required.
- Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets within SLA.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Provide support for business applications, meeting room tech, and mobile devices.
- Foster strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
- Experience working in a dynamic Service Desk atmosphere.
