Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant

Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join its digital transformation team for a major supply chain modernisation initiative.

This 12-month contract role blends deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, and Power Platform) with strong functional expertise in business process optimisation, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
• Integrate D365 with Power BI, Power Automate and third-party logistics systems (via Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps).
• Develop custom entities, plugins and workflows using C#, X++, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user workshops, gather functional requirements and create technical design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers and external vendors.
• Support data migration, testing and post-go-live stabilisation activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or AX).
• Proven experience in both functional (requirements gathering, process design) and technical (customisation, integration) domains.
• Strong understanding of financial, supply chain and customer engagement processes.
• Proficiency in X++, Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with data migration (Data Management Framework, KingswaySoft, or SSIS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
