Senior Business Systems Analyst

Reperio has partnered with a global organisation seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their systems-focused team supporting publishing, reporting, and AI enablement initiatives.

This role combines system process design, scalable reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance documentation workflows and integrate AI capabilities into business systems. You’ll act as the link between business, systems, and data teams—driving operational efficiency and supporting automation through structured analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance documentation and publishing systems (Fluid Topics) with strong governance and version control.
• Design, test, and maintain reporting frameworks that improve visibility and decision-making across teams.
• Integrate AI-driven outputs into documentation and reporting pipelines to support automation and predictive insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and reporting issues, maintaining accuracy and integrity across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in business systems analysis, documentation, or reporting development.
• Proficiency in Fluid Topics, Jira, DITA/CCMS, Python, and/or CSS preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of AI workflows and data integration principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
