Business Analyst - SAP & Supply Chain

Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 remote

Reperio has partnered with a global pharmaceutical leader to fill a key role as an SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, joining the team during a major digital transformation.

In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between Supply Chain operations and IT - driving ERP delivery, process optimisation, and data governance across procurement, logistics, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to define, document, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that enhance supply chain performance
• Lead process analysis and improvement across ERP, data migration, and integration streams
• Support data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives pre- and post-migration
• Act as key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners
• Manage smaller projects independently, supporting design, testing, and adoption of new tools and processes
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable digital practices across the business

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar supply chain systems role
• SAP S/4HANA (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience essential
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes - procurement, planning, inventory, logistics
• Confident working across both business and technical domains
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline
• Experience in pharma/life sciences and knowledge of GxP or validation frameworks desirable
