Business Analyst

Hybrid (Dublin or Cork)

Reperio has partnered with one of Ireland's leading retail and SME banks seeking a Business Analyst to join during an exciting phase of digital transformation.

This role bridges business strategy and data-driven delivery — translating requirements into actionable analytics solutions that drive insight and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to identify and prioritise data and analytics needs
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and user stories
• Support the development and management of data product backlogs and plans
• Liaise between business stakeholders and CDAO teams to align on outcomes
• Contribute to the design of data solutions addressing business challenges
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Data, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Proven experience gathering and translating business/technical requirements
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Modelling
• Strong analytical mindset with data & analytics knowledge
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
