We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customise and maintain our clients Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM development, integrations, workflows and plugin creation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the CRM system supports business objectives and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement customisations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Configure entities, forms, views, business process flows and dashboards.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain and enhance system functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Participate in solution design sessions and contribute to system architecture.
• Ensure system security, data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, REST APIs, and Azure Services.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, FetchXML, and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
