Agile Business Analyst

Reperio has partnered with a large-scale digital transformation project that is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join the team on an initial contract, with a strong view to extension.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, streamline delivery, and ensure that business objectives are met through effective Agile processes. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving digital innovation within a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with user story writing, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello), and agile frameworks.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.
• Certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CBAP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
