Salesforce Functional Consultant

Reperio has partnered with a well-established organisation seeking an established Salesforce Functional Consultant for their Dublin-based team. The successful candidate will have extensive sector experience and a forward-thinking approach to drive the long-term development of the business. This is a 12-month contract starting on the 5th of January, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements.
• Design Salesforce solutions, including configuration guides and data models.
• Use Flows, validation rules and Lightning tools to optimise legacy automation.
• Enable users with tailored training and ongoing assistance to drive successful adoption and performance improvements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery and adoption risks.

Requirements:

• 3rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant Salesforce Certifications.
• 3 years of applicable experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable teamwork, leadership, stakeholder and communication skills.
• Robust exposure to modern CRM practices.
• Ireland-based.
