Reperio has partnered with a NetSuite Administrator (Contract) for a global technology company. This long-term, rolling engagement has no fixed end date and will continue based on performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong NetSuite administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to streamline finance and reporting processes. This is a hands-on role, working closely with Finance and IT leadership, and requires availability during regular U.S. Eastern business hours.
Long-term / Rolling Contract — approximately 20 hours per week initially (may decrease slightly as systems stabilize).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the company's NetSuite environment, managing configurations, permissions, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Support and optimize the Procure-to-Pay process, including integration with Ramp.
- Improve reporting efficiency, transitioning from Safe Query to real-time, executive-accessible NetSuite reporting.
- Streamline Accounts Receivable workflows - evolving from manual PDF-based invoicing toward more automated processes as customer volume increases.
- Maintain and optimize AvaTax integration for tax compliance.
- Prepare for future SaaS revenue streams through the setup and use of Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Manage the integration between ADP Payroll and NetSuite.
- Maintain data integrity, documentation, and system efficiency while minimizing custom scripts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials (AR, AP, GL).
- Experience with Ramp (Procure-to-Pay) and AvaTax preferred.
- Familiarity with ADP Payroll integration to NS.
- Exposure to ARM is beneficial.
- Strong report-building and data analytics capabilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
- Based in EST or CST time zones and available during standard EST working hours.
