Reperio has partnered with a well-established high-tech startup seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help scale production and drive process improvements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in scaling production for innovative, R&D-focused companies, ensuring documentation, efficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth as it increases production capacity to meet rising demand.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or production role focusing on R&D with mass production experience
- Good knowledge and implementation of DFM, DFA principles and continuous improvement
- Design and implementation of tools and jigs for assembly and testing
- Good experience in detailed documentation writing for multiple areas across manufacturing
- Ability to work with multiple teams, such as supply chain, design and testing.
