Contract Test Manager (Dublin)

Our client is a large consultancy firm based in Dublin who are recruiting for Contract Test Manager for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a reputable organisation for a competitive daily rate of €500-€600 per day (negotiable) and opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
• Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation
• Liaise with other managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
• Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience within a management/ project management role
• In depth knowledge of software testing and experience of working within various methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
