Reperio is hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Product Owner to partner with a Data & Insights team, delivering high-quality user stories and requirements that drive seamless eCommerce solutions.
You’ll act as the link between business challenges in online retail, logistics, and global fulfilment, and the agile development teams, ensuring priorities are aligned with the organisation’s strategic roadmap and customer-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and assess product requirements from internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Write clear, detailed user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to produce supporting roadmap documentation.
- Prioritise backlog items and maintain alignment with the broader product strategy.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and constraints.
- Facilitate requirement refinement, sprint planning, and feature demonstrations.
- Incorporate diverse data sources to enrich requirement definition.
- Manage unplanned work streams without compromising high-priority commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or an analytical discipline.
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven delivery experience within retail eCommerce, order management, finance, or logistics domains (highly desirable).
- Track record of working directly with external customers.
- Strong technical acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data structures, flows, and models.
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of data stewardship, metadata management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
- Scrum Product Owner or SAFe 4/5 certification (advantageous).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for product innovation and process improvement.
