In this role, you will guide Agile teams, foster collaboration, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and wants to play a key role in shaping how cutting-edge AI and analytics products are developed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across multiple pods, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, and timely execution.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with Product Owners to align priorities, manage releases, and ensure business goals are met.
• Support the development and industrialisation of AI and analytics products, promoting experimentation and adaptability.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data insights into clear business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven experience on large-scale projects.
• Excellent understanding of data and analytics concepts.
• Background in leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
