My client is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division.
You'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Hybrid working role - strong rate available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Proven ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe) preferred.
