About the Team
We're expanding our Infrastructure group, which plays a key role in supporting both our software engineering teams and our production applications. The team works collaboratively, sharing ownership of deliveries, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through Jira. It's a supportive environment built around communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Azure Infrastructure Engineer to work across project delivery, platform operations, and production troubleshooting. You'll be working with modern, multi-tier web platforms (Web/App/DB) deployed across both Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering Azure-based infrastructure solutions and enhancements
Supporting and maintaining existing IaaS and PaaS environments
Investigating and resolving production incidents
Assisting with the migration of on-premise systems into Azure
Helping drive platform stability, performance, and operational excellence
Participating in an on-call rotation (post-probation) with allowance + TOIL
Working in a hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in Dublin
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in an Azure Infrastructure Engineering role
Practical experience supporting multi-tier, web-based platforms
Proven background migrating on-prem environments into Azure IaaS
Experience with Azure PaaS services; exposure to AKS is a plus
Strong analytical and operational mindset, with a focus on metrics
Confident using PowerShell (comfortable reading and modifying scripts)
Experience in production support, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution
