About the Role
A major Irish retail & wholesale organisation is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join its in-house technology team. This role involves building and enhancing enterprise systems that support large-scale retail operations nationwide. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
This is a hands-on development role within a modern Microsoft-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET / C#
Build modern front-end experiences using Angular (v10+)
Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure
Contribute to architectural and design discussions
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are upheld
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and DevOps initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years professional experience with .NET / C#
Strong experience with Angular
Solid knowledge of Azure services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, etc.)
Comfortable working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Azure DevOps
Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to retail, FMCG, logistics, or supply-chain systems
SQL Server and NoSQL databases
