As Cybersecurity Lead, drive the strategy, governance, architecture, and operational security of enterprise cloud and collaboration platforms. Lead global efforts across security, compliance, identity, data governance, threat detection, and incident response, ensuring alignment with business priorities and risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead secure architecture and engineering for integrated identity, access control, and collaboration platforms, aligned to zero trust principles.
• Oversee threat protection operations, including email and collaboration security, detection engineering, and incident response.
• Define and execute enterprise security strategy across a cloud-based collaboration and productivity ecosystem.
• Enhance identity and access management through conditional access, privileged access controls, and lifecycle governance.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience securing enterprise cloud collaboration and productivity platforms across identity, messaging, endpoint, and data protection.
• Deep technical knowledge of configuration and administration of relative compliance tools.
• Relevant certifications such as - CISSP or CISM
• Proven leadership in cloud security operations, threat detection, and incident response.
