Contract Length: 6 Months (Initial) - Likely Extension / Rolling Contract
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite at Client Location, 3 Days Remote
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (DOE)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile delivery team for an initial 6-month contract based in Dublin. This role will operate on a daily rate basis and is expected to extend beyond the initial term as part of an ongoing programme of work.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and support the consistent delivery of value to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Support Product Owners and delivery teams in maintaining healthy backlogs and sprint goals
Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement within the team and wider organisation
Track and communicate delivery metrics and team progress
Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery teams
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery priorities
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Nice to Have
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM or similar)
- 3rd Level Degree
Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tooling
