Technical Project Manager (Product Development - Hardware/Firmware)
6-Month Rolling Contract | Limerick (Hybrid)

Overview
I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of electronic products, with a strong focus on hardware and firmware delivery. You will drive complex, cross-functional programmes from concept through to production, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Own full product development lifecycle (concept → design → validation → production)
• Manage schedules, risks, resources, budgets, and change control
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers/partners
• Ensure compliance with development processes and regulatory standards
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements

• 8-10+ years' project management experience in electronic product development
• Proven delivery of hardware/firmware-based products
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• PMP (preferred), PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Strong experience with structured methodologies (Agile/Scrum exposure beneficial)
• Experience managing external vendors and manufacturing partners
