Overview:

Lead the organisation's internal IT infrastructure, information security, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day execution, working cross-functionally to ensure secure operations and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead SOC 2 certification and build a robust security and compliance framework
• Manage security operations including risk, vulnerabilities, testing, and policy enforcement
• Own GDPR compliance, data protection processes, and privacy risk management
• Act as the key contact for audits, customer security reviews, and due diligence
• Oversee IT infrastructure, access controls, and business continuity planning

What I need from you:

• 5+ years' experience across IT and information security, ideally within a SaaS or technology business
• Demonstrated success delivering SOC 2 and leading end-to-end compliance initiatives
• Solid understanding of GDPR with practical experience implementing privacy controls
• Hands-on experience managing cloud-based environments (e.g. M365) and security fundamentals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
