Overview:

Seeking a strategic leader with strong experience in global network services to drive the design, delivery, performance and evolution of enterprise network solutions. This role leads cross-regional teams, shapes network strategy, and partners with senior stakeholders to support secure, scalable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute global network strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end network operations, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Oversee network and infrastructure security including firewalls, VPNs, and web proxy technologies
• Lead and align distributed teams across multiple regions (EMEA)
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and transformation programmes
• Lead vendors, governance, and service delivery standards
• Embed AI and automation to optimise network performance

What I need from You

• Strong background across global network infrastructure, compliance, and cloud technologies
• Proven leadership of cross-regional/global teams
• Strong expertise across network security (firewalls, proxy, VPNs), and cloud technologies
• Ability to drive strategy, execution, and organisational change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level
