Odoo Consultant (Contract)
- 30-40 hours per week

We're working with a medical device manufacturing business that's live on Odoo and looking to bring in a senior consultant to optimise and take ownership of the system.
Core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing) are in place, but require improvement, alongside a broader opportunity to enhance CRM, sales workflows, and overall system performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Improving Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes
- Optimising CRM and lead-to-order workflows
- Enhancing reporting, automation, and data visibility
- Reviewing integrations and overall system performance
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the system
What they're looking for:
- Strong Odoo experience (functional + technical ideal)
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Background in post-implementation optimisation
- Ability to work directly with finance and leadership teams
