Overview:

Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Enterprise Risk function, this role supports the ongoing evolution and oversight of the organisation's risk management framework. With a focus on enhancing risk practices, strengthening reporting and governance, and enabling effective insight and communication across the risk team.

Your responsibilities:

• Embed and enhance the enterprise risk framework, linking risks, controls and assurance.
• Deliver control assessments and risk-based testing to ensure effectiveness and improvement.
• Produce clear, actionable risk reporting and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to strengthen risk awareness and support the ongoing maturity of the Enterprise Risk function.

What I need from you:

• 6+ years' experience in enterprise risk, compliance or controls within a regulated environment.
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to identify key risk themes.
• Effective collaborator across functions and seniority levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities, with strong Power BI and MS Office skills.
