Project Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead | Ireland | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a established managed services business, seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to take ownership of change, enhancement, and integration delivery across a complex technology platform portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of platform change, enhancement, and integration initiatives
• Translate roadmaps and priorities into structured delivery plans balancing scope, capacity, dependencies, and operational risk
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery issues requiring cross-team alignment or decision making
• Line manage and develop Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists
• Own allocation and prioritisation of technical delivery effort across change and BAU activity
• Reallocate work in response to emerging risks, incidents, or shifting priorities
• Represent delivery in discussions with commercial, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Maintain delivery artefacts supporting transparency, governance, and operational readiness
• Drive continuous improvement across analysis, solution design, and delivery execution

Requirements

• Strong experience leading delivery in complex technology or platform environments
• Proven experience line managing Business Analysts or Systems Analysts
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through influence, judgement, and active intervention
• Experience across both change initiatives and BAU-driven improvement activity
• Strong understanding of how analysis, solution design, and delivery execution work together
• Sound judgement, structured problem solving, and risk awareness
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice to have

• Experience delivering platform integration, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives
• Familiarity with CCaaS, CRM, or multichannel service technology environments
• Experience working with third-party vendors or delivery partners
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
