Overview:

Manage resources to support IT and network security goals, reducing organisational risk in line with cyber strategy, and help develop and implement security plans.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity strategy across network, cloud, and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations (including NIS2 Directive) and strong governance practices
• Strengthen risk management across supply chain, incident response, and overall security operations, with clear performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Act as the key interface with regulators and senior leadership, providing structured reporting and driving accountability for cyber risk
• Oversee team performance, priorities, and delivery quality, including escalations, incident support, and timely audit remediation
• Develop team capability through coaching, objective setting, performance feedback, and structured training plans

What I need from You:

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams and delivering strategy across complex IT, network, and digital environments
• Strong expertise in risk management, security governance, and regulatory compliance (including frameworks like the NIS2 Directive)
• Solid technical understanding of network security, systems, threats, and vulnerabilities, with hands-on knowledge across platforms (e.g. Windows/Linux)
• Ability to manage projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results while influencing stakeholders at all levels
