Remote Contract Opportunity

We are working with a growing organization operating within a complex multi-entity NetSuite environment seeking a senior-level NetSuite Technical Consultant to support post-go-live stabilization, workflow optimization, and ongoing system enhancements across finance and operational functions.

The organization recently went live on NetSuite and is currently experiencing challenges related to permissions, role-based visibility, approval workflows, and overall system usability. They are seeking a highly hands-on technical consultant who can quickly diagnose issues, stabilize the environment, and implement scalable solutions within a live production system.

This is a high-impact role requiring a strong blend of technical NetSuite expertise and techno-functional understanding, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both leadership and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize an existing live NetSuite environment

• Review and improve role-based permissions and entity visibility across multiple subsidiaries

• Design, configure, and enhance workflow automation across finance and operational processes

• Support invoice processing, AP workflows, approvals, and routing structures

• Identify system inefficiencies and implement scalable technical solutions and best practices

• Develop and support SuiteScript customizations and enhancements where needed

• Assist with integrations and system-to-system data flow improvements

• Partner with leadership and business users to improve system usability and reporting

• Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing ERP optimization initiatives

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams and administrators

Requirements

• Strong NetSuite technical consulting experience within live production environments

• Hands-on SuiteScript experience (SuiteScript 2.x preferred)

• Experience with workflows, approvals, and role-based permissions within multi-entity environments

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across NetSuite configurations and customizations

• Experience supporting AP, invoicing, and financial operational workflows

• Familiarity with integrations and system-to-system data flows

• Ability to work independently within fast-paced, evolving environments

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization initiatives preferred
