6-Month Rolling Contract | Hybrid | Mid-West Region

I'm working with a leading organisation undertaking a significant technology and engineering programme and am seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex technical initiatives.

Strong day rate available.

This position will suit a delivery-focused project professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys coordinating diverse stakeholder groups, and has a strong track record of bringing technical projects through critical milestones and into operational deployment. Strong product development experience in the Hardware / Firmware space would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, quality, and business functions
* Drive project delivery from initial planning through execution and implementation
* Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance activities
* Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners to achieve project objectives
* Ensure adherence to established processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
* Provide regular reporting and project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes

Experience Required

* 8+ years' experience managing complex technical or engineering-focused projects
* Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in highly regulated or technical environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience managing third-party suppliers and external delivery partners
* Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related discipline
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desirable
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies is beneficial
