Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst | Ireland | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a growing business currently undergoing a significant ERP transformation, seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support system implementation, data quality, and ongoing business systems improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of a new ERP system
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and improve processes
• Assist with project planning, testing, user support, and change management
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of business and pricing data within the ERP system
• Coordinate and validate supplier price updates, ensuring changes are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Produce reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other business tools
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Investigate changes to supplier data, product information, and pricing
• Lead information gathering for new projects and identify potential business impacts
• Communicate findings clearly to relevant internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in business systems implementation, systems analysis, data management, or a similar role
• Experience supporting or delivering business systems change projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• Familiarity with collaboration and support tools such as Slack or Zendesk

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with ERP platforms, ideally Klipboard ERP One
