We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a growing renewable energy company expanding in the US. If you want to take that next step in your career, this might be a good fit for you. Here are some responsibilities and requirements below:

Role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence (ERCOT).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. (Upsell/Cross-sell)
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of products/services.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and technical teams to ensure software meets the requirements for potential buyers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business/or Engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the energy sector
  • Experience with software selling
  • Ability to travel 25 to 30% of the year
  • Knowledge of the ERCOT Texas energy market
