Sales Engineer, FinTech, SaaS, Pre-Sales, Demonstrations
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join a growing fintech AI company. Great opportunity for someone who likes to be hands-on with the sales process but expand their technical background. You will team up with the Account Executive team to help identify net new business and bring them across the finish line.
Some responsibilities you will have:
- Support the sales team with both new opportunities and renewals on the current book of business
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide training and updates on the platform for both internal staff and clients
- Will handle both pre and post-sales process (80% focus on net new business)
- You will act as a liaison between product and marketing to better target new customers or update current clients on new product releases
- Travel to trade shows and client events as needed (35%~ of the year)
- Looking for 2+ years of SaaS experience
- 2 years minimum of Sales Engineering experience
- Experience with AI technology is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of selling to decisions makers within financial markets
- Customized more technical demo presentations for clients or potential
- Excellent communication skills
