Application Support / SRE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our clients IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Windows and Linux systems, as well as experience with SQL and IT infrastructure.

This role is on a 6-Month Rolling Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor and maintain application performance and uptime
• Provide support to users and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues
• Experience with SQL and database management

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
