Business Analyst

A well-respected tech company hiring a Senior Business Analyst to perform core BA duties in a customer-focused environment. You will gather requirements through workshopping and interviewing, and then work with the business and IT teams to support a project throughout the lifecycle. Auspicious teamwork will be at the core of your success in this role, as you work towards the technical realisation of business targets.

This role is in Kilkenny. 

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role, or similar position, with experience in fintech preferred
• Technical skills such as Scrum and SQL a plus, with good familiarity with Agile
• Demonstrated process mapping and requirements gathering ability
• A capable leader with adept oral and written communication skills
