Business Intelligence Developer

My client, a large utilities based company, has asked me to help recruit an experienced business intelligence developer. This role will be a fixed term contract for one year however very strong possibility for this to be extended. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be able to engage with stakeholders across the entire company to gain an understanding of the needs and problems, and be able to provide solutions
• Present information clearly through the use of data visualisations using PowerBI
• Assist the design of databases and data warehouses
• Be a strong communicator in order to work together with end users to identify needs and opportunities

Technical Requirements:

• Highly proficient with SQL
• PowerBI
• ETL
• Must have experience in data warehouse methodologies and data modelling

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the utilities industry
