As a Cloud NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our cloud infrastructure and ensuring its availability, performance, and security. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise in our cloud environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as experience with cloud monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana. You should also have a solid foundation in network protocols, virtualization technologies, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain our cloud infrastructure to ensure its availability, performance, and security
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise in our cloud environment
- Collaborate with our development and operations teams to deploy new applications and services
- Automate cloud infrastructure tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Manage and configure cloud monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana
- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and monitoring
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of network protocols and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices
