CRM & Data - IT Support Specialist

We are seeking to hire an experienced CRM & Data IT Support Specialist on behalf of our Dublin-based client, a non-profit organisation. They have a small internal IT team and are in the process of migrating their CRM applications and databases to the Cloud, they require a new professional to join their team and support their development efforts. This is a three-year fixed-term contract.

Duties:

• Creating and maintaining automation/workflows to improve efficiency
• Supporting a range of CRM applications and databases such as Dynamics CRM, SQL, and Power Apps
• Supporting integrations with third-party applications
• Administering and supporting Microsoft SQL server databases

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in most of the following areas - Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and Power Apps
• Experience in creating and maintaining workflows and automation
• Experience in a helpdesk position is highly desirable
