Enterprise Business Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and strategy, and translate them into cohesive enterprise architecture solutions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in our current architecture landscape and propose innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Lead the creation of high-level technology components and capabilities that support business objectives and enable seamless execution.
• Drive alignment and cohesion across diverse teams, value streams, and product areas, fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Construct integrated roadmaps that capture the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring smooth execution across multiple initiatives.
• Infuse agility into architectural practices, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and delivering results in an iterative manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on business architecture and strategic alignment.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Skilled in identifying common themes, patterns, and opportunities across diverse teams and areas.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating technology components and capabilities that support business objectives.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve processes as needed.
