As an Inside Sales Rep, you're the starting point for all future conversations and an integral part of the sales team. Enthusiasm is essential, through engagement with prospective customers, you'll work to understand their business challenges and how your products/services can help.
The role offers a fast-paced environment where learning is constant. Rapid growth can require dynamic action, so time management and organisational skills will be crucial in achieving your goals.
The key is to be customer-focused with the drive and determination to take on new challenges.
Skills & Experience
- At least 9 months phone-based sales experience
- Highly motivated for success
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritize time efficiently
- A team player, with the ability to work in a highly energetic team environment
- Positive and energetic phone demeanour
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to question
- Previous exposure or a good understanding of health and safety in the workplace is a strong plus
- €20-30k DOE
- €60-70k OTE
- Office based role in North Dublin
- Lead Generation/Qualification
- Great opportunities to progress into field or inside-based Business Development role
- Social club, monthly events
- Uncapped commission
