We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our client as a contractor.
Primary Tasks:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally with team & supervisor
- Oversee daily tasks and ensure tickets are being effectively managed and triaged efficiently
- Escalate issues to the relevant specialists should that be required
- Windows Operating Systems knowledge, Office 365 support, Active Directory
- Maintain call records in service desk systems
- Report to the IT Manager
