Our client, situated in Dublin, is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a contractual engagement. They are on the lookout for a proficient and driven individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless IT operations.
- Offer comprehensive technical support to end-users through various communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Configure, organize and maintain a diverse range of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Effectively manage and prioritize support requests using a robust ticketing system.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role.
- Proficient in managing on-premises technologies such as Active Directory, Citrix, O365 and related systems.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling efficient troubleshooting and resolution of intricate issues.
