Our client is looking for a talented individual to join there expanding team. They require a Level 1-2 engineer to join their telecoms support team.
This company is continuing to expand even in this difficult time, if you have experience in cloud-based VOIP systems, networking, firewalls and want to be exposed to the newest technology, this may be the company for you!
- Provide excellent customer service on various platforms e.g. telephone, email and on-site
- Update client on time scales and explain potential fixes
- Respond to Field Service calls
- Installation of hosted and conventional telephone systems
- Configuration of routers and firewalls
- Configuration and support of products
- Responding to tickets and calls as quick as possible whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Degree educated
- 2 years' experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Networking experience
- Field work experience (cabling experience)
- Cloud based VOIP and ConnectWise experience advantageous
- Full drivers' licence
- Career progression
