We have an urgent opening that our client is looking to fill ASAP (you could be in your new role for the end of next week).
This role will be with a company and industry that is different and more interesting than previous roles you may have worked in.
They have just released a new system that you will be expected to look after.
- Provide first-line support to a wide range of applications, systems and infrastructure within the company
- Effective and timely communication with all involved parties
- User Support, Applications & Helpdesk
- Provide 1st line production support for business applications
- Analysing problems, including root cause analysis
- Liaising and troubleshooting issues with senior members of the IT department
- Good Active Directory skills
- Strong communicator
- Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10 desktops
- Experience supporting Office365 with strong MS Outlook skills
- Experience with Apps on both iOS and Android operating systems
- Experience with Databases (MySQL) and DB Management Tools (phpMyAdmin)
- Exposure to new technology
