My client, based in Dublin, is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract.
- Delivering support to all internal users
- Owning issues from report to completion
- Resolving escalated issues
- Analysing root cause of widespread issues
- Creating and updating procedures
- Administration of new users and system access
- 3rd Level Technical degree
- Knowledge of MS products - Windows 10, Office365, Skype for Business, Hyper V
- Linux, Jive and Microsoft Azure experience advantageous
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
