IT Security Engineer

Dublin (Hybrid, two days per week on-site)

We are seeking to hire an experienced IT Security Engineer on behalf of our client, a mid-sized IT Consultancy based in Dublin.

Duties:

• Researching the latest security vulnerabilities and penetration techniques
• Developing solutions to address vital information security issues
• Analysing potential risks to information security management and providing solutions to these
• Managing the documentation of actions taken for audits, regulatory and legal purposes

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years' experience in a relative position
• Experience with security analysis, vulnerability assessments and incident response
• Knowledge of Firewalls, SIEM, VPN and other security products
• Certifications such as CompTIA+ Security and others are appreciated
