Responsibilities:

Carry out risk assessments to ensure standards and best practices are being followed
Develop and oversee the program to align with NIS Security Standards
Identify gaps to meet requirements, implement policies and enhancements
Enhance incident response and recovery processes/procedures
Solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting to implement security strategies
Establish strong governance processes to drive security-first solutions

Requirements:

At least 3 years of compliance experience/regulatory background
Minimum 5 years working in a hands-on/technical role in Networking/Cyber Security
Strong knowledge/experience of Network Infrastructure (IDS, firewalls, routing/switching)
Strong expertise in common Cyber Security frameworks/standards and best practices
Proven knowledge of compliance, audit, and risk management processes
Ideally, some experience drafting procedures/policies for regulated companies
Strong background in working with ISO 27001 and ideally certified
