We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide expert technical support to our clients. As a IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert 2nd & 3rd level support to our client's end users based worldwide
- Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware and networking issues
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Provide training to other members of staff when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications
- 7+ years experience in a similar technical support role
- Experience with technologies such as Azure, Endpoint, O365 and PowerShell Scripting
- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
