IT Support Engineer
Type: Contract
Day Rate: €200/day+ depending on experience
Location: Dublin
I am currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Engineer on behalf of my client. My client is a fast-growing technology company looking to expand their IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure
- Assist with IT projects as needed
- Manage and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise-level technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
