Our global client is currently on the lookout for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on a contractual basis in their HQ based in Dublin. It's a dynamic role with diverse tech exposure, global collaboration, and daily challenges, suited for experienced IT professionals seeking impactful, varied experiences.


  • Provide 2nd-level technical support to end-users using different communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Set up, arrange, and uphold a diverse array of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Efficiently handle and prioritise support inquiries utilising a strong ticketing system.


  • At least 4 years of background in a technical support position
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise-level technologies like O365, Intune, PowerShell scripts, and similar systems
  • Demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving, facilitating effective troubleshooting and resolution of intricate problems
